Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google’s key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
The Mobile App Sales team (AppDev) engages deeply with mobile businesses and drives change to accelerate Google?s position in the fast-growing business of app install.
As an App Activation Manager, you have a passion for business growth. You will help existing C-level clients to develop their app marketing strategy with Google Ads and reach out to mobile businesses to share solutions, insights and marketing strategies to help them achieve their goals for users.
In this role, you’ll use your comprehensive understanding of the digital marketing landscape, gained through past work experience or qualifications such as the Google Digital Workshop certificate.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world?s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build strong businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird?s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We’re uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
## Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue opportunities to help app developers grow with Google.
* Build a pipeline through proactive identification of potential new clients. Partner closely with our Large Customer Sales team.
* Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international marketing goals. Utilize Google?s marketing solutions suite, specifically app advertising.
* Design marketing solutions for clients to drive long-term success.
* Deliver against strategic goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google’s advertisers within EMEA.
## Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
* Experience in advertising sales or business development.
* Ability to speak and write in French and English fluently and idiomatically.
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience in working in the AppDev industry. Experience in working towards strategic goals.
* Demonstrated understanding of the digital marketing landscape, with Google Digital Workshop certification or equivalent experience.
* Developed understanding of the app developer ecosystem.
* Demonstrated interest in sales and in working with and educating new advertisers.
* Proactive, organized and responsible, with a proven ability to work well in a team.
* Effective communication skills, with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions.
