**In this role, you have the opportunity to**

Ensure sales targets for products per account are set and achieved, delivering account specific growth plan, actively driving sales out and customer profitability, by focusing on Ranging & Product Mix, promotional ROI, sales out, Promotional activation

**You are responsible for**

+ Optimize net sales, visibility and profitability through account planning, forecasting, promotion strategy, budget management, implementation and control

+ Establish and maintain account relationships

+ Identify key areas of influence within the defined accounts, identify decision makers, and ensure they are aware of the benefits and business advantages of working with Philips

+ Drive the follow-up and closing of major deals through business development

+ Meet personal sales targets within the full line of products, combination of products or total solutions.

+ Sell either directly or through channel partners

+ Continuously analyze the market with regards to opportunities and projects which are relevant for Philips

+ Define immediate target accounts and a longer term development plan

+ Together with the Key Account, put forward a comprehensive account strategy to reach and exceed sales target

+ Forecasting and Business Planning, effective pipeline management and reporting on Sales results

You will report into the Senior Key Account Manager.

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**

+ Sales/Account Management with 2-3 years of experience in Pharma or FMCG market (preferred)

+ Bach. degree level with Business/Management direction

+ Knowledge of market scenarios and competitors

+ Digital background is a plus

+ Ability to manage customer P&L, budgets, and product mix's

+ Excellent negotiation skills

+ Ability to complete admin in an accurate timely fashion

+ Strong team player
