What will I be doing?

On the Go to Market/Management programme you'll get to undertake placements in both Marketing, Customer Development or Finance.

In Marketing you?ll be constantly deepening the already expert knowledge of our brands and the people who use them. You?ll use this level of insight to help develop our products? personalities and strategies on an inte
ational level and how to translate these strategies into local market contexts.

In Customer Development you?ll build partnerships with a wide range of our customers, which can include: supermarkets, superstores, convenience stores, drug stores, discounters, online retailers, ice cream parlours and even theme parks. This will help us reach our target markets, which could mean working together to maximise a new product launch, recommending the right range of products, negotiating an annual business plan, or looking for new business opportunities.

In Finance you?ll work across local, regional and global teams. We are trusted advisors right across the business and you?ll be in the thick of influencing strategy and investment decisions from day one. You will be making decisions that directly determine the future of our brands, the way we work with our customers and how we run our supply chain.

What do we look for?

It is important that you have fully developed communication skills. But most important is an analytical, result/business oriented and energetic personality. We are looking for someone with a great inte
al drive and who takes ownership for tasks and can set their own goals.

+ Minimum of Bachelor degree with strong academic track record;

+ Maximum of two years working experience after graduation;

+ Extracurricular activities and/or work experiences outside the academic world, that displays your commercial awareness, drive and leadership potential;

+ Preferably some inte
ational experience;

+ Fluency in Portuguese and English.

What will the programme involve?

The programme is designed to grow you into a manager in 3 years, through hands-on lea
ing alongside world-class experts. You?ll develop your individual leadership skills by working on live projects which offer you all the experience you need to become ready for your first management role. You will have at some rotations within your role, which will give you a wide range of experience in a broad range of dynamic and exciting areas of the business, which may include:

+ Brand Development, where you will work in one of our inte
ational hubs to create compelling brand visions and develop plans across the full marketing mix - including brand communication and innovation;

+ Brand Building, where you will lea
to translate exciting brand visions into local market context and manage integrated brand experiences across channels;

+ Category Management, where you will oversee a category of products, become an expert on the marketplace and our competitors and advise customers on suitable ranges for their shoppers;

+ Key Account Management, where you will build relationships, agree a tailored business plan, or negotiate promotions;

+ Field Force, where you will build relationships with our local customers? and be given customer-facing responsibility. You?ll be servicing your own customers and lea
